A founder of five technology companies in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Working with one of the Advanced Messaging and Communications Partner for almost 20 years, He started his work experience in IT, as a System Engineer, IT Consultant and Corporate IT Trainer, infrastructure architect, and now entrepreneur.
Graduated in Staffordshire University, UK. He has both excellent written and communication skills; speaks three languages fluently; excellent people management and leadership skills, which he effectively utilizes in Project Management and Corporate IT Training roles.
Involved in two MSC flagship in Malaysia (Smart School and e-Government), he is also a Microsoft Master, Most Valuable Professional, featured in NTV7, BFM, major newspaper in Malaysia.
He is also involved in Real Estate industry since 2012, currently graduated from the related field.

Chen is an experienced EDRMS Consultant with good all-round ability to juggle enterprise document and records management projects. He has 15 years hands-on software development experience and 10-years of a consistent track record of delivering EDRMS projects. He is the person who involved in various EDRMS project implementation from the requirements study, configuration, and deployment process for EDRMS projects in both public and private sectors. He holds a Master of Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Computer Science.

Graduated in one of the famous local University, Ong has more than 5 years of experience implementing enterprise projects, consists of public and private sectors. Delivered more than 20 successful projects, he is also a certified consultant. He is now leading a team of engineers under the professional services team.
Ong has done more than 20 migration projects (O365, Big Data Solution, Azure Premium AD, federation services, hyper-V, System Center sutie etc).
In a project, he is a lead for the engineers, a point of contact with customers on technical discussion. Envisioning, RACI chart, Technical design, UAT are handled by him. He went through ITIL, Leardership and Microsoft Technical training. He is also one of the speakers for company event, technical readiness for HP.
